So here I did a simple line drawing of the model, using the constructive line method. I also like to sketch out the muscles I can see in the back. I love to look at the anatomy and the structure of the muscles, studying this helps me think of how to construct a drawing. Normally i draw the muscles in the drawing before I add details to I know i'm doing it right.
Then I paid attention to where the light was hitting him. It was strange lighting as the source was to the bottom left and I have never shaded like that before. I looks kind of wrong in the picture but that's how the shadows fell on his body! I enjoyed doing this one, the muscles are the best aspect of this drawing i think.
