With this drawing we were instructed to draw straight lines to construct the drawing. Also to use straight constructing lines to work out where the features fall, what lines up with what. I used my pencil to hold up the the model and measure different parts of the body against it. I'm pretty proud of the body and neck but I can clearly see the face is very distorted and not quite right. Yet having said that, I really think this exercise was valuable. It taught me a new way to construct a drawing more accurately.
